As a passionate science educator with over 15 years of experience, I’ve seen countless homeschool moms struggle with finding the right resources to teach science in a meaningful, engaging way. I wanted to create a solution that makes teaching science stress-free and fun—without requiring a science degree! That’s why I founded Lab Rat Academy, a place where your child can experience high-level science in an exciting, hands-on way. Lab Rat Academy provides engaging, hands-on science labs designed to inspire homeschool students and ignite their curiosity in science and medicine. We offer high-level labs tailored to meet the educational needs of students from 1st through 12th grade. Our labs alleviate the overwhelm of teaching science at home by delivering expert-led experiences that build confidence and deepen understanding. From anatomy dissection to chemistry experiments to physics activities, we make science accessible, stress-free, and fun for students and parents alike. THE RIDGE GC
JUNIOR GOLF PROGRAM
Our comprehensive junior golf development program is designed to guide juniors through every stage of their golf journey. From mastering athletic swing motions to refining short game skills and honing controlled putting techniques, our program covers all aspects of the game.
For beginners and those looking to enhance their skills, our Learn to Play Golf (LTPG) program provides a pathway to getting juniors out on the course and learning how to play and score effectively.
We recommend our group semester schedule for most juniors seeking to learn or improve, while private sessions are available for advanced or tournament players seeking personalized instruction.
Each 4-week program covers essential practice skills, with a focus on individualized instruction to accommodate each junior’s level. Repeating multiple programs allows for reinforcement of key concepts and allows our instructors to tailor instruction to each golfer’s development.
For juniors looking to target specific areas of their game, drop-in options for single classes are also available. Contact the Golf Shop to inquire about the schedule and class availability.

Masha’s Art Studio
Masha’s Art Studio offers an individualized approach to teaching students fundamentals of art. Children learn basic, intermediate, and advanced levels of drawing, painting and composition in a creative environment. By providing solid art foundation, this studio enables students to explore and express themselves. All the fun classes are designed to help kids build confidence, better understand themselves and their world, develop problem-solving abilities, and build patience and dedication. As a result, Masha’s students have won numerous awards for multiple art contests. Masha develops a nurturing relationship with young talents at her studio while exposing them to the wonders of art.
