Sensory Seekers

Thursdays 11:45am
Ages 4 to 6, all ages welcome

Squish it, scoop it, squeeze it, explore it.

Sensory Seekers is a hands-on experience where children can dig into messy play, discover new textures, and engage their senses in a fun and welcoming environment. Each session features a different sensory material for children to touch, manipulate, pour, mix, and explore at their own pace.

Many children find sensory play calming, and regulating. It can help them focus, relax, and feel more grounded — which is why we love putting these opportunities quite literally into their hands.

Activities may include favorites like kinetic sand, chia slime, oobleck, foam dough, cloud dough, and other exciting sensory invitations.

There is no “right way” to play here. Children can explore freely, experiment creatively, and follow their curiosity while building confidence, fine motor skills, and comfort with new experiences.

Sensory Seekers is designed to be engaging, and wonderfully messy — the kind of play kids love, and many families are glad to leave at our place instead of theirs.

Classes FAQ

Nope! We do not charge registration fees.

No. Students may join our classes any time. We have a variety of payment choices and you’re welcome to use whichever works best for your family. For example, you may use drop in passes or punch cards while waiting for charter vouchers.

We are a whole family center designed for all members of the family to learn, play, and enjoy the space together. Students who are not in a class have access to our sensory play area, lego wall, and art lab as well as learning materials to enjoy. We are offering a unique experience to our homeschooling community tailored to the whole family.

Either the All Class Bundle OR Kinder Hour gives you complimentary access to our center M-F 9am to 3pm to enjoy all our programming. Choose the option that is most appropriate for your students’ ages, but you do NOT need both.

We offer drop in passes for you to try any class. If you want to enjoy the class but not sure if you can commit to all sessions, feel free to buy a punch card to save money.

We welcome all children who can follow our code of conduct. Our primary guideline is that everyone gets to have fun. If your child is unable to allow all guests to enjoy their experience and allow them to participate equally, a different center may be more suited to your needs.

We feel that parents “just know” if a place is a good fit for their kids, so we’re happy to work with you to observe a class so you can really see if it’s a good fit. We also offer our drop in passes so you can try out classes for a day without a large commitment.

All classes have an age or grade range listed. For safety reasons, we do not allow children in a class area who are outside of this age range. This includes adults – you are welcome to bring your child to you at any time if they need support or assistance.

We understand that many families need to bring members of their support teams with them. Please note that only one adult is free per family, additional adults are $5 for the day. We have capacity limitations and may need to ask you to limit the number of adults you bring in on days we are reaching capacity.

If you have specific questions for your family please reach out!
