Family Learning Lab Scholarship Nomination Form
Do you know a family who would benefit from our services but is not able to afford a pass? You can nominate them for one of our 3 month scholarships. Our board may choose up to one family each quarter to receive a 3 month pass to our center during the school year.
*** Family Learning Lab scholarships are limited and awarded based on available funding and organizational discretion. Please avoid sharing highly sensitive or private information about the family. Submission of a nomination does not guarantee selection. Nominations and awards are completely confidential. Families will receive a three month family pass physical card in the mail that they will use to scan in when they arrive just like everyone else. A one time waiver is required upon their first check in. Awarded pass must be activated within 30 days to be valid.
