We are music teachers who hold degrees in music and have many years of teaching experience. In carrying out our mission, we are pledged to hold ouselves accountable to the highest professional and ethical standards.

Our goal is to help each student develop their full potential through the study of varied repertoire, balanced technique, music theory, and sight reading.
We wish to devote most of our energy to the creative act of sharing music with people.
We acknowledge our students’ and parents’ place in a three-way relationship, and pledge to do our best to make music study a rich, growing experience for our students.
We work to develop within each student the ability to become an independent musician.
Tempo Studios
Tempo Studios’ Roseville based team of talented musicians are sharing their passion and knowledge with aspiring musicians of all ages and levels of ability. Our teachers specialize in a vast array of instruments and genres of music. Teaching both in person and online allows us to bring music to everyone.
The Rockstar Music Academy
Statistics prove it. Traditional music lessons are boring and uninspiring. Our approach is different. First choose your instrument & desired lesson length/frequency. Now choose a style that fits you best. One on one, groups, or our exciting performance series which combines one on one lessons with a group/band experience too. There are many options to help you find your inner rockstar.

RuscicaMusic
Private Music Lessons
Brandy Ruscica teaches private instrumental lessons out of her studio in Rocklin, CA. She specializes in string instruments and piano, and also teaches all band instruments as well. Brandy has additional instructors that teach piano, cello, voice, and guitar.
RuscicaMusic Youth Choir
RuscicaMusic Youth Choir meets for 2 different sessions, a fall session and a spring session, both running 12 weeks long. They perform a concert during each session and are the featured Youth Choir for the William Jessup University Christmas Concert Series.
Oliphant Music Studio
I believe that music lessons should be fun and engaging, and that everyone can achieve success and fulfillment in learning to play an instrument. My teaching focuses on developing all aspects of becoming a well-rounded musician. My goal is to help students reach a level of proficiency that enriches their lives. As a teacher, I am committed to continually improving my skills to provide the best instruction for each individual student.
