Technique Gymnastics / Technique Kids Activity Center
Founded in 1992, Technique is proud to be Sacramento’s premier children’s activity center, offering gymnastics classes for children from 6 months through 18 years, as well as competitive gymnastics teams, amazing parties for any occasion, camps, and more. We’re dedicated to helping your child reach their gymnastics goals. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, we’ve got classes and programs for everyone. Our 38,000 state-of-the-art facility offers a variety of gymnastics programs for all ages and skill levels. From recreational classes to competitive teams, we’re committed to providing a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment.
We offer Home School PE classes (which exceed CA PE requirements), in addition to Gymnastics, Ninja, Trampoline, Tumbling, Acro, Kinder and competitive programs. We also have a dedicated Teen Tumbling class.

Our focus is your overall fitness. We are dedicated to helping you live your healthiest lifestyle, which goes beyond just physical exercise. We are committed to your health- physical, mental, and spiritual.
Our studio provides a safe and friendly environment for our members to face their fears and push themselves to accomplish their goals, taking their fitness to the next level. We have specific classes for neurodivergent and special needs individuals. We also have classes in micro greens growing, business, and dance.

We are the most advanced and diversified Parkour Academy on the West Coast. The PPAC is a Progression approached Academy and Performing Arts Center specializing in dynamic movement. Additional offerings include Camps, Birthday Parties, Overnighters, Special Events, Facility Rentals, Photography & Video Staging, Professional Talent Bookings, and Full Service Event and Production Venue.
We are an approved Physical Education, Special Interest, and Curriculum Vendor for Public Homeschool Charters.
