Join us for some rollerskating fun at Sunrise Rollerland in Citrus Heights!
We'll be putting out a sign on a large table for our group - it will say Citrus Heights Homeschoolers on it, come sit with us!
We'll have glow sticks for the kids.
I'll also have a basket of items we're selling for our Family Learning Lab fundraiser.
Join us for our first Fun Friday Play Date of the year! We will begin with nature themed sensory play. Kids will have fun playing in moon sand, dyed pasta, and nature themed items at our large sensory play table. Kids who prefer their own space are welcome to scoop up some of the fun into an individual tray to take to their own table. Next, join Ms. Christy for story time! Kids are invited to gather around as Ms. Christy reads The Nature Journal: A Backyard Adventure. Finally, kids are invited to make their own nature journals.
And.... we're back to school! Join us for back to school photos at the library!
We will have backdrops and lighting set up for you to come take back to school pictures of your kids. We'll have stools and props, too! Feel free to bring any of your own backdrops and props as well.
New this year, we will have a photographer on site to give you tips on taking great pictures. She'll also be offering a very affordable digital package if you'd like her to take your kids' school photos. More info coming soon, check back for prices and slot sign up info.
**Volunteer opportunities are available for this event. We are a 501c3 tax exempt non profit and able to provide service hours for clubs and schools.

Join us for September's Free Fun Friday Play Date! We'll be having some fizzy fun with baking soda and colored vinegar, reading Soda Pop Head, and making calm down sensory bottles.
Join us for our monthly kid formed clubs hangout! Clubs get 45 to 60 minutes to meet and hang out. They also participate in challenges throughout the month to earn points to win prizes at the next meetup.
