Kinder Hour is a drop-in circle time designed for ages 4–6, where kids build routine, practice social skills, and learn in a group through songs, stories, and hands-on fun. It’s the perfect supplement for homeschool families wanting a touch of structured learning, or for parents looking to introduce their child to a classroom-like setting in a flexible, affordable way. Each class includes time for socializing, making new friends, and exploring early learning topics like phonics, science, and art — all led by our wonderful Ms. Royan. After class, families can stay and play all day in our sensory play area, art lab, and LEGO wall — all included with your $10 drop-in pass!

Do I need to sign up in advance?
Nope! Just drop in. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to get settled. Please sign a waiver before your first visit.
Is this a parent/child class?
Grownups sit nearby, but kids typically participate in circle time independently. Kids are welcome to come to their grownup at any time in our relaxed and comfy environment.
Is there a monthly option?
Yes! We offer a Kinder Hour Monthly Class enrollment that includes both Tuesday and Thursday classes.
What ages is this for?
Best suited for ages 4–6. Kids slightly older or younger may be allowed by special permission of our teacher (considering capacity and ability to remain inclusive for all students.)
Can I use charter funds?
Yes – we’re an approved vendor for several homeschool charters. We recommend coming in on a day pass once or twice to try the class out, then request a voucher for the class.
Is this class appropriate for children with special needs?
We welcome all kids who are able to participate and abide by our code of conduct. Kids participating in Kinder Hour should be able to follow directions without grown-up help, allow all students to hear instructions and participate in the class, and be of an appropriate age to maintain a safe environment. If you are unsure how your child will do in Kinder Hour, please reach out personally to us. We can arrange a time for you to come tour the center and get a feel for the program.
