Ba-Lates is a fusion of Ballet and Pilates. The mat exercises of Pilates strengthen your core and increases flexibility which enhances better control, stability, and flexibility as you dance. We are a family owned and operated Dojo located in Auburn, California. We teach a traditional Okinawan-style of karate called Isshin-ryū, a fusion of Shorin-ryū karate, Gojū-ryū karate, and kobudō (traditional weapons such as bo, sai, and tonfa). Our training incorporates a balanced mix of hands and feet techniques, emphasizing practical street-oriented strikes, blocks, and joint manipulations. Our Dojo is registered with the Okinawa Isshinryu Karate Kobudo Association (OIKKA), which officially recognizes Bennati's as an Isshin-ryū Dojo in both Japan and Okinawa.

Let's get these kids off screens and outside! Not only are our classes fun and convenient for the whole family, but we keep the class sizes small to make sure students get the education they deserve. We strive to develop an appreciation for agriculture, nature, and the outdoors in every child that attends class. You won't find the same hands-on farm experience at any other location! We recommend the majority of our classes for ages 5 and up and have several classes just for teens as well as monthly preschool story times. Our classes are outdoors (weather permitting, we also have an indoor classroom) and involve a variety of farm-related topics.
