Art Creatures uses photo references, art book tutorials, arranged still life set-ups, and sometimes ideas from Pinterest and other master artists as sources for the student artwork. Most students' works possess a great deal of personal creativity. If the ideas are borrowed, credit for the image is given to the original artist who inspired the piece. Students merely learn the process of creating their versions of these inspiring pieces so they can acquire the skills to create their own.
By bringing providing a safe and welcoming environment to create, we strive to help children foster resilience, confidence, and an overall sense of joy through art.

CBC Therapeutic Horseback Riding Academy, is a family ran and operated program. The Academy instructors meet riders and horses at their current experience level and focus on the goals of each individual student to help ensure that they reach them. CBC instructors are trained and certified to work with individuals from all walks of life. No experience is required to join the Academy. Our students range from beginner to advanced and include children and adults. Code Ninjas® is the world’s largest and fastest-growing kids' coding franchise, with hundreds of locations in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Our mission is to support parent participation in education by organizing superior enrichment and supplemental classes for homeschool and charter school families.  As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, California public benefit corporation, Foothill Learning Academy collaborates with independent instructors to offer high quality classes to home study students in El Dorado Hills and Placerville, California. Foothill Learning Academy is not a school or a charter school.  Classes are taught by qualified  independent contractors, known as vendors, who are paid directly by the students' parent or charter school.
This group is for homeschooling and independent study friends in the greater Folsom area to share resources for local activities, pick-up park dates, and support. It's a casual, closed, welcoming group. NOTE: This is for people who are actively homeschooling or thinking about homeschooling, not for vendors. You must answer three membership questions in order to be admitted to the group.
