Art Class With Anna

ver the past 7 years Anna has developed a unique method to introduce students to a variety of techniques and materials such as acrylic, watercolor, oil pastel, pencils, ink, charcoal, collage. In our classes students get introduced to art foundations such as composition, colors, proportions, and perspective while they learn how to freely express themselves. Each kid creates a complete art work every session unique to their skills and creativity. Personal attention is given to every student in group classes and students master technique at their own pace. Individual lessons are customized to focus on particular skills or explore students' specific interests. Art supplies are provided in our classes (unless otherwise stated). In most classes we offer a free trial session and a free class for referring a new client.

Art Creatures Fine Art

Art Creatures uses photo references, art book tutorials, arranged still life set-ups, and sometimes ideas from Pinterest and other master artists as sources for the student artwork. Most students' works possess a great deal of personal creativity. If the ideas are borrowed, credit for the image is given to the original artist who inspired the piece. Students merely learn the process of creating their versions of these inspiring pieces so they can acquire the skills to create their own.

Beda Jiu Jitsu

At Beda Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy, you will find elite Jiu Jitsu instruction. Our classes are tailored for practitioners at every level: Recreational, competitive, and self-defense. Our programs include classes for children, adults, women, and families. We are affiliated with the international Jiu Jitsu team, Checkmat, who is known for its stellar athletes. Founded in 2008 by Master Vieira, Checkmat now has affiliate academies in thirty-four American cities and sixteen countries worldwide. With its headquarters in Signal Hill, Long Beach, it is an ideal location for our students, who plan on competing on the world stage, to go and participate in the competition camps. Today, Checkmat is considered one of the best schools of Jiu Jitsu and submissions that have been tested on the practice mat and proven at the competitive level.

Bennati’s Martial Arts

We are a family owned and operated Dojo located in Auburn, California. We teach a traditional Okinawan-style of karate called Isshin-ryū, a fusion of Shorin-ryū karate, Gojū-ryū karate, and kobudō (traditional weapons such as bo, sai, and tonfa). Our training incorporates a balanced mix of hands and feet techniques, emphasizing practical street-oriented strikes, blocks, and joint manipulations. Our Dojo is registered with the Okinawa Isshinryu Karate Kobudo Association (OIKKA), which officially recognizes Bennati's as an Isshin-ryū Dojo in both Japan and Okinawa.

Bluehaven Arts
