A full hour of circle time fun for kids ages 4–6!
Kinder Hour gives young learners a chance to learn, play, and make new friends in a relaxed group setting. During class, kids explore calendar, phonics, math, geography, stories, songs, and more through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Parents stay on site nearby, so kids can build confidence and independence. Children are welcome to re-join their grown-up at any time when they need a little extra encouragement, then return to class when ready.
Kinder Hour is designed for children ages 4–6 who can participate in an active group setting for about 20 minutes at a time. Shy kids are absolutely welcome! If your child needs a break, they are free to come to you – together you can explore the Art Lab, play a game in the Flex Lab, or enjoy another part of FamLab — then return to class whenever they feel ready.
Before or after Kinder Hour, families are welcome to enjoy our Sensory Play Area, LEGO Wall, DIY Exploration Stations, Art Lab, and family work tables. Parents can even bring along schoolwork and spend some time learning together while they’re here.
Kinder Hour students can also enjoy additional hands-on activities throughout the week, including a craft on Tuesdays and a sensory-seeking experience on Thursdays, plus guided science and art activities available around class time.
